    While their food is good, their drinks are not. They taste flat and have been that way for the past several years. It seems that the employees have no interest in fixing the soda machine, leading to two theories. Either the machine is defective or the employees put an unappealing formula in the beverages that come out as flat. If either of these theories are true, the employees or the owner must reassess the way they handle the machine.

    Love Popeye's anywhere but here. My experience was that food was not hot, staff not friendly and you could roller skate here as the place was almost empty, considering it was noontime. This however does not change my opinion of other Popeye's. Customer service at other stores is superb and food is always hot. Never coming back here -Rancho Cucamonga.

    Always good food. But the service in this location is awesome. They are so friendly, fast and very polite.

    People were not helpful. Non suggestive. Didn't even pack food properly so boxes would close. Sauce missing, and honey

    Thanks so much for the service and I will be going back to this Popeyes Chicken because of the great tasty chicken and Bean's with rice and coleslaw not to mention sweet tea and service we were treated with and show we'd just in time for the wicked rush and gas great service for napkin!! s
